How do I add or edit or delete a payment source?
On the Payments page, find the Payment Sources module and select Manage Sources. You can add up to 50 payment sources or delete sources as you see fit. When you add a checking or savings account, we must confirm you have access to it before it can be used to make a payment.
How do I cancel an online payment?
On the Payments page, review your scheduled payments under Upcoming Payments. Find the payment you want to cancel and select the plus sign to reveal the full payment details. Choose Delete Payment and confirm that you want to delete the particular payment.
How do I set up automatic payments?
You can set up AutoPay here. Simply select a payment source and the amount for your automatic monthly payment. You may make autopayments for your minimum payment, for your minimum due plus another amount, for your statement balance in full, or for another amount you specify.
I scheduled a payment, but now I can't find it. Where is it?
Your payment might not be visible when it’s being processed. Once it’s posted, you’ll be able to find it in your Account Activity and Payment History.
How are my payments applied?
For information on how your payments are applied, see your Card Agreement.
How often should I change my password?
We recommend you change your password at least once every six months.
Where can I learn about new features and how to navigate the website?
Take the site tour to learn about new features that simplify managing your account.
Why can’t I see feature updates or offers in my online account?
Check your browser settings. You may have installed an ad blocker that disables certain parts of the site.
What is an ad blocker?
An ad blocker is a browser plugin that turns off banner ads and other marketing communications within pages. If you have an ad blocker installed in your browser, you may miss certain parts of this site, like notices about new online account features or offers.
